Delete your karGora account
You can ask us to delete your karGora account and the personal information linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- From the email address you signed up with, email support@kargora.pk with the subject "Delete my karGora account".
- We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Want a break instead? In the app, Settings → Deactivate account hides your account right away; contact us to reactivate it.
What we delete
Your account and profile (including photos, CV and other uploaded files), your posts, comments and reactions, job applications and saved jobs, job alerts, and your sign-in sessions and notification tokens.
What we may keep
- Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown without your profile.
- Jobs you posted as an organisation may be kept, unlinked from you, where applicants still need them.
- Limited records we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as required.
- Copies in database backups, for a limited period before those backups are removed.
